Description:
Elm Brook Park is operated by the US Army Corps of Engineers and located off of State Route 127. It is open from Memorial weekend in May through Labor day weekend in September from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm (May-August) and 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (September).
The park offers picnic tables and grills, playground equipment, horseshoe pits, a swim beach (no lifeguards, swim at your own risk), a short nature trail, a boat ramp, and four picnic shelters. Unreserved shelters are available for use on a first- come, first-served basis.
A radio controlled model airplane flying field is available for visitor use (two people must be present to use the field). Interpretive programs are provided by our Park Rangers and interpretive exhibits are located in the Ranger Station.

Alerts and Important Information
Elm Brook Park Rec Area opens on May 29, 2010 to September 6, 2010 This is a Day Use Area. There is no overnight camping allowed.
A fee of $1.00 per person or $4.00 maximum per vehicle (whichever is greater) applies to all park visitors, including those who are with a group reservation. Children 12 and under are free. Golden Age and Golden Access Passports provide a 50% discount and are available at the park entrance station. Annual passes are also available.
No pets and/or livestock
Please bring garbage bags; This facility is "Pack it in, pack it out
All equipment must fit on the site pad
Vehicles park in designated areas only
No parking on the grass - including for loading or unloading at a shelter/picnic site
No ground fires; Charcoal fires only (or self-contained gas grills)
No beer trucks or kegs are permitted
Special Requests:
Anything that might change the atmosphere of the park will require approval from the park staff before making a reservation.
Examples include (but are not limited to): music, weddings/receptions, special cooking arrangements, etc.
