9/4/2012 7:00 AM
Fisherman come here in search of large mouth bass, small mouth bass, spotted pass, black and white crappie, channel and flathead catfish, and different species of sunfish. The bass and crappie will be deep this time of year so look for cover in 10-15 feet of water. If you can find the cover or drop off on your chart the fish will be there. Fish jigs and deep running crank baits around the drop off's and cover like brush and trees.
