Staff at Sport Stop in MN

Run by an old grumpy man with the worst customer service EVER! The place is old, dusty and run down. I had such a bad experiance that I wouldn't give them a dime of my money if it was the last bait shop on earth! I called them to make sure they carried what I was looking for and then when I got there he told me he didn't sell them in the winter. I asked him if I could buy them at all this time of year and he yelled at me saying he couldn't sell me something he didn't have. What was the point of me calling in advance? Just a BIG waste of time!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Sport Stop is not my favorite bait shop

A poor excuse for a bait shop! I was looking for some new Flu Flu's and called the store to make sure they carried them before I went all the way down there. When I arrived the old grumpy man just starred at me like I had rudely interupted him. I told him what I was looking for and he yelled at me saying that he didn't sell those in the winter that they are for summer fishing. I told him I knew that and that's why I called first before coming. He then yelled at me saying he couldn't sell me something he didn't have. I kindly left telling him he had the best customer service ever. (being sarcastic of course) I would never spend a dime of my money at this store even if that means I have to catch fish by hand! The place was old, dirty and outdated! DO NOT waste your time going to this so called bait shop!

Run down trash heep

The cashiers counter takes up 90% of the store. The fishing gear is 10 years old and collects dust. The fishing line he sells was made in the 90's and he only sells Kens lures. His store is all about guns and the old man who owns the store is a grumpy man who ignores you when you talk to him. He is about the guns not the service. Worst bait store ever. It would be nice to see a real bait store go up in Shakopee. Anyone up for the task?
