About the Campground
Boardman is a single site campground converted to a group site campground. The campground is located at the far end of the Mountain Loop Road about 8 miles east of the Verlot Public Service Center on the Stillaguamish River. It has a campground road that parallels the Loop Road, and probably best accommodates groups of RVers. It can easily fit about 6 or more rigs. The campground has an elevation of about 1,230 feet. If there are no reservations it is available on a first come - first serve basis. Check with the Gold Basin Host. Restrooms are provided. Water is not available at this campground. Firewood is available at Gold Basin Campground. Showers are available at Gold Basin Campground for a fee of $2.00. Opening date depend on snow melt. Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 6 am. Golden Age/Access does not apply for a group area. You must bring confirmation letter to the campground. Do not leave home without it. Pets are allowed but need to be restrained. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 6 am. Maximum # of vehicles are site dependant. Extra vehicles must fit within the campsites designated parking areas. Parking spurs may not be perfectly level. Restrooms are provided.
