Crappie are biting well on black/chartreuse jigs fished in brush piles. Bass are biting well on green pumpkin and orange jigs fished around rocky areas near the channel and any wood overhangs. Catfish are biting well on worms fished near sandbars.
Catfishing is good early and late around creek mouths and wherever there are deep drops with whole shad.
