Bass fishing is excellent in the mornings and late evening on watermelon and plum colored worms.

Crappie have been biting extremely well using minnows and blue/white jigs in about 10 to 12 feet of water. Bass are slow on jigs fished deep. Catfish are slow but have been caught on cut bait and nightcrawlers. Bream are fair on worms and crickets in coves.
