Fishing Tips for Bresler Reservoir
by Bobby Cooper
on January 3rd
If you like fishing for walleyes Bresler Reservoir is one of the best lakes in the state for them, they are found in really good numbers up to 28 inches. If walleyes aren't your thing you could always try for the abundant 20-26 inch catfish, amazing panfish, largemouth bass that average 16 inches, and smallmouth bass up to 5 lbs. If you are interested in fishing here I recommend fishing the shorelines which drop off very quickly, the 40' deep holes, and the one hump at the south end of the lake with spinners, soft plastics, crankbaits, spoons, jigs, or live bait.
