one of the better small lakes
by Nathan F
on May 31st
Carroll Lake is known as one of the better small lakes in the area thanks to the nice bass, good catfish, and nice panfish that inhabit the lake. If you fish here in the spring try fishing the north end of the lake near Carroll Creek, fallen trees, and tiny shallow bays. Good fishing the rest of the year can be found around weed lines, drop offs, and deep water, and the above spots. Try using spinners, soft plastics, and live bait. Good luck fishing!
