Fished 10/19 and 10/26.....4 Northerns and 7 Largemouths, biggest LM was pushing 4 pounds. I plan on being there again in the spring !
My mom has lived on this lake for 25 years, and I've never caught anything worth mentioning in daylight. The best times are early morning or dusk. I've got 18" bass shore fishing with a spinner and even soft bait. there are some 24-30" out there furthest away
from thepublic access. Pike here do not generally reach over 14". Bluegill are 8" max.
Location Details

My guess is Tight Lines is a local that wants to keep all of the fish in the lake for themselves. I can't blame them though as the fishing here is really good, the bass are extremely plentiful and average 16 inches and are common up to 5 lbs. You can catch the bass by fishing the weedlines with Rapalas in silver-black or gold-black, spinners, or soft plastics. There are also nice pike and panfish in the lake if you are interested.
This lake blows, no fish, dont waste your time here.
