Caught some jumbo perch fishing with whole crawlers on the edges of weed beds in 10 to 15' of water while fishing for walleyes. Caught a few walleyes too small to keep, some small mouth 12 to 16" overall a good day.

A two hook rig under a bobber is one of the more favorable choices and remember crappie are in tight schools this time of the year. Rig it with live minnows.
Small Lake, good fishing

This is just 6 square feet, but it is man-made which makes it pretty cool. I loved catching the walleye in these waters. I would go to the rocky and weedy ledges, throw in and catch a few of them with a bass here and there. It was a great trip even though I thought I wouldn’t be able to catch anything because of the size of the lake, don’t underestimate it. You can also find panfish and trout throughout the waters as well.
