Devils Lake near Lincoln City, Oregon
I fished Devil's Lake on Sunday, March 17th and used a Ford Fender and Wedding Ring with a small piece of night crawler.
I landed and released 17-18 Rainbows between 12"-15." EACH fish had an adipose fin and ahd to be released unharmed.
I went back the following weekend with my son and we landed 10 "planters" within several hours of morning fishing. All were fin-clipped so ODFW apparently stocked the lake during the previous week because the planters were abundant!
