Overlooked by most anglers because it is so small and boarders a major highway, Fox Pond actually offers some really nice trout. 3-4lbs trout are not uncommon. Try fishing for them along the rocky shore bordering the road. If you have a boat I recommend you troll the pond with Jerry's smelt, grey ghost, black-nosed dace, nine-three, and Barnes Special streamer flies. Use a dodger and go slow. In the morning or evening you can catch trout that rising to the surface on the usual dry flies. Caddis catch fish, but midge patterns in sizes 22,24,26 work the best.
