Indian valley reservoir closed don't know why

I went there with my son. There was a close sign there with no reason but water level is very low.

we used rubber worms made by keeper,the 1fst day we put 108 bass in the boat but no fish over 2 lbs the big one just werent hitting.SO were going back on the 17th of may 4 3 daysin hopes 2 catch the big one we know are there so wish me luck, YOUR FIISHING BUDDY MIKE!!!!
