Children's Fishing

on June 22nd

This creek is one of the best places to bring your family for fishing. They regularly stock it with rainbow and brown trout, and there is wild brown trout that swim through these parts as well. The hatchery next door stocks the creek a few times each spring which makes fishing its best during this time. If you’re a beginner at catching trout, then this might be the perfect place to practice. There are two different platforms to fish from, as well as the sides of the creek, and they hold children fishing derby’s every April if you want to enter your kids.
