There are not too many tournaments this time of year so bass arent soo pressured. Bass can be found early in the shallows using topwater. As the day rolls on bass will get more lethargic and you will need to slow it down with soft plastics fished slow along the bottom. In the evening try topwater again and crankbaits.

If you like catching nice bass, good catfish, really good panfish, above average white bass, and good fishing for many more species you should try fishing Kentucky Lake TN. Early in the year consider fishing feeder creeks, fallen trees, and small shallow bays. The rest of the year try fishing all of the above spots, drop offs, bars, rocks, weed lines, and near the shad schools. I would try using crank baits, spinners, live bait, and soft plastics. Good luck fishing!
