Lake Fork Reservoir near Quitman, Texas
The fishing has been good lately. The bass in particular have been really good. There are 4 patterns going. The first one is fishing wood near creeks with flipping jigs and spinners. The second one is fishing points and creek channels with jigging spoons (late in the day), topwaters (early in the day), and soft plastics. The other one is fishing bridge pilings during mid-day. The last one is fishing all of the above spots with all the above baits after midnight. For crappies fish wood and creeks with jigs and live bait. Lastly catfish are good on dead fish, worms, and cheese. The water is somewhat clear and 69-74 degrees. Good luck fishing!
