Fishing Tips for Lake Saint Benedict

on May 25th

Most small lakes and ponds in the area hold decent bass, panfish, and catfish and Lake Saint Benedict is no exception. While its true the fishing is not the best but its still better than nothing. Most of the time you will be fishing from shore so shallow running baits like spinners, topwaters, and soft plastics work well. Don't forget about weedless baits though. Tiny spinners and anything live bait will work for panfish. Catfish can be caught on stinkbait, worms, and dead fish fished on the bottom after dark. Good Luck Fishing! Lake Saint Benedict
