Fishing Tips for Langlois Lake
by William Schmidt
on February 23rd
Langlois Lake offers excellent fishing for bass and trout. if you are interested in trying your hand at catching a few I recommend you try fishing weedlines, fallen trees, the shorelines closest to deep water, the steep drop offs, the feeder creeks, and over the deep hole with spinners, soft plastics, crankbaits, jigs, live bait, and spoons. Some of the best include 3" Senkos, in either watermelon or smoke, Texas rigged on #1 Gamakatsu EWG red hooks, Berkeley gulp, Rapalas, little cleos, and live shiners. If you want to try trolling I recommend a 4/0 hammered chrome dodger with a red wedding ring on one rod and a 50/50 4/0 dodger with a green wedding ring on another.
