Latta Lake near Rome City, Indiana
A private pay launch with limited parking in the only way to get onto Latta Lake so the fishing pressure is low. If you get out fishing here you will find a lot of largemouth bass that average below 14 inches (there are a few big ones in here though) and decent panfish. Try fishing the island, the windblown shore, the shallow bays, the weedlines, and the drop offs. Crankbaits, live bait, jigs, spinners, topwaters, and soft plastics will work the best. Good luck fishing!
