Lessard Lake is 179.85 ha with a max depth of 3.05 m and a mean depth of only 0.6 m. With so much shallow water, this lake is perfect for fly fishing. The fishing isn't too bad either, for the most part the excellent rainbows run 2-4lbs but have been caught much bigger than that. The lake is usually iced over from November to May.
