Lois Lake

on March 21st

Lois Lake is 2495 ha with a max depth of 141 m and a mean depth of 29.5 m. Fishing pressure is low for the lake's nice population of cutthroat and kokanee. The same flooded wood and stumps that makes boating and other water spots so dangerous make for great fish structure. The best fishing of the whole year happens in the spring and fall when the fish are near the feeder creeks. Cutthroat during those times can exceed 3lbs.

I forgot the lake map. I find lake maps extremely useful whenever I am fishing a new water.
