The Middle Prong of the Little River requires patience to fish. The river is very heavily pressured by everything from experienced anglers to swimmers to picnickers. All the humans make the big trout hard to catch and you'll have to fish early or late to avoid most of the people. Still, there are lots of nice fish in here. Locals say this is the best fishing they have seen in years, the "good old days" are now. Remember, you can't use bait but there are plenty of shops in the area where you can get everything you need.
