North Fork Shenandoah River near Front Royal, Virginia
The best smallmouth bass river I have ever fish, the North Fork Shenandoah is absolutely amazing. 100 fish days are almost common, and these aren't small fish if you know what I mean. The usual lures and flies produce just fine. October is the best month.
