Ootsa Lake is a huge reservoir that grows huge fish. The trout and lake char here can grow to be absolute monsters. Troll with larger lures than you normally would to specifically target larger fish. This can be a dangerous lake to fish by yourself due to a wealth of underwater hazards that would like nothing more than to make you wish you had spent the day at work. I highly recommend hiring a guide your first time out here.
