Even though you can't fish here year round because of snow really good stocked trout fishing can be found here April 15 though October 15 depending on weather. Rainbows are stocked the entire season. Brown trout are only stocked in the fall. Generations of young anglers have caught their first trout in this tiny gem found in the Santa Catalina Mountains. If you want to fish here consider using Power Bait, worms, corn, Mepps, Rooster Tails, Z-Rays, and Kastmasters. You can't use live bait fish here. Tight Lines!

Rose Canyon Lake is 6 acres big with an average depth of 40ft. There are no boats allowed. There are camping, restrooms, picnic tables, and electricity here for you to use. Good luck fishing!
