If you like catching average bass, lots of panfish up to about 7 inches, and catfish up to 24 inches you should consider fishing Salem Reservoir. Early in the year you're best bet is to fish the shallow bays, fallen trees, and the shallow north end of the lake. The rest of the year it's a good idea to fish fallen trees, boat docks, weed lines, and near the dam. Good luck fishing!
