Fishing for Channel Catfish on Pond (Salt) Creek
by Henrique Saldana
on July 31st
I am a former resident of Rosebud Texas. I would always catch fair sized Channel Catfish at the "Blue Hole" which is about 50 yards downstream (East) from where the old train trestle bridge used to be about 30 years ago. I was using Little Stinker Catfish lures on my trusty Zebco 33 reel and a Stren 10 pound test line on Abu-Garcia Original Rod.
Species Caught: Channel Catfish
Weight: 3lbs and 10oz., Length: 14in.
