Silver Lake is 40 ha with a max depth of 12.8 m and a mean depth of 7 m.
Silver Lake offers small rainbow and cutthroat trout along with a few 2kg dolly varden and kokanee up to 3kg. You can also find steelhead and coho salmon in the lake depending on the season. If you are interested in fishing here I have had good luck fishing the creeks, the 12m deep hole, and the eastern shoreline. The usual baits and lures will work well.
