The best fishing in Sysladobsis Lake happens from Ice-out through early June when the fish are shallow. As the water heats up the fish move out to the drop offs and over the main lake where trolling is effective. The fishing then picks up again when the water cools down in fall. The usual tactics and techniques work well.
