Taltapin Lake is 2109.7 ha with a max depth of 95.7 m and a mean depth of 39.6 m. Fishing pressure is low for rainbow trout to 3.5 lb and lake char to 20+ lb. There is a 10 vehicle Provincial Park campsite located on the south end of the lake. The park offers a nice swimming beach and a boat launch.
