Thomas Lake near Two Harbors, Minnesota
Walleye numbers seem by all counts to be down in Thomas lake. Conversely-the Crappie catching that goes on here is very good. Fish the same areas that you would otherwise be catching walleyes for paper-mouths,you should boat quite a few. The point on the lakes east side near the lakes 20 foot max depth is a good spot. The Northern population is doing well with some nice lengths coming out and the locals don't bother straying to far from the access, Fishing from shore with a bobber and a hooked sucker for the Pike.
