0.5-1 kg smallmouth bass are king in Upper Rideau Lake with pike running second and walleye a distant third. Look for smallmouth bass in Mulvilles Bay, McNallys Bay, and the 3 m hump in the southeast end of the lake. The pike like to cruise the western end of the lake, especially the weedlines. The walleye numbers are too low to make fishing for them worth your time.
