The topisaw is a jewel. I fly fish the topisaw alot and manage to catch alot! Of bass using top water popers can be very exciteing . But late summer they seem to be staying close and under cover logs and trees use a brown wully bugger . But please! !! Catch and release the state does not stock this creek but it's loaded with wild spotted bass and large mouth
