Houston Shelter is a group picnic shelter located adjacent to Lake Lewis Smith In the Wm.B Bankhead national forest. After Hours Access is available: Gate hours open 9AM - 7PM; After Hours Access is available.

Alerts and Important Information
Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance. Fee authorizes 1 vehicle, additional vehicle must purchase day-use permit. ($4). Parking is 300ft away from the shelter, people may be dropped off at the shelter.
