About the Campground

Mt. Timpanogos Campground is located along the beautiful Alpine Loop Scenic Byway, resting at an elevation of 7,600 feet, there are gorgeous views of the surrounding peaks, abundant wildlife, and stunning wildflowers. Campers will find plenty to keep them occupied during their stay, the trailhead to the Aspen Grove Trail is located just outside the campground, with several other trails with in just a short distance. Cascade Springs, Deer Creek Reservoir, Tibble Fork Reservoir and the Timpanogos Cave National Monument are just a few of the surrounding attractions.

Alerts and Important Information Trailers/RV's longer than 20 feet cannot safely maneuver into these sites. The road is not recommended for anything longer than 30 feet. This campground has first-come, first-serve sites Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance A per-vehicle, per-day fee will be collected on site for extra vehicles Gates close at 10pm No ATV's, ORV's, skateboards, or bicycles allowed in the campground Main Phone: 801-785-3563 Campers must have a recreation pass before camping. Passes are available at entrance stations located on either side of the Alpine Scenic Loop (prices are per vehicle). 3-day passes are $6.00 7-day passes are $12.00 Annual Passes are $45.00
