Great place to buy tackle. They have all the good stuff you will ever need. The two guys that are in there most of the time are great. They know there stuff and if they are out of something, they usually have it on order. Very honest people. I like going in there.
Great place for a very nice selection of tackle and Harold the owner is a Great guy who's a Veteran, if he comes of crabby give him a break he's 80 years old and always stands up to the plate for the youth in our community. Harold also sponsors the Yuma High Schools Fishing Club and once you get to know him you'll really like him..
Its well named. Its hard to find the first time. I've been there a few times over the years, and its got a decent stock of some stuff. Its very basscentric, but they have a few things for other kinds of fishing. The owner is a little strange. One time he's the nicest most helpful guy in the world, and the next he is a total crab. I've had him take things out of the package so I can see them, then spy on my from around the corner like he's afraid I'll steal something. Its kind of an uncomfortable experience. I saw him just climb all over a guy who brought in a defective rod once. The guy was just asking, and he practically got called a cheat and a thief for it. The prices are high, but being the only tackle store in town I guess he can get away with it. I try to make sure I have everything I need, so I don't have to go there, but if I am out of something I really need I'll stop there. There is a fair chance they will have it. I don't like though that if he doesn't have something you are looking for he will lie to you and say they don't make it any more so he can try to sell you something else. Your mileage may vary.
