Great first fly fishing experience!

Being in the area at Massanutten resort and talking with some locals, they convinced me to try fly fishing in the area. I called Old Dominion Outfitter and scheduled a trip. We met and headed up into the mountains where my guide, Kevin, set me up with a fly rod and reel. He showed me how to use it (I'd never held a fly rod before this), and gave me pointers on how to work each fishing hole. Over the next few hours, we caught beautiful native brook trout in places I didn't even think to look for fish. These are gorgeous fish and a blast to catch. I highly recommend and will definitely be going again.
