About the Campground

Due to the pine beetle infestation and removal of hazard trees, there is little or no shade in the campground. Located near Dillon Reservoir. Restrooms and water are provided. Elevation is 9,000 feet. Afternoon thunderstorms are common and snow is possible. Restrooms are provided. Popular activities include hiking, fishing, sailing and boating. No body contact with Dillon Reservoir. Keystone, Dillon, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Lake Dillon are nearby. CAMPGROUND HAS BEEN RENUMBERED : All sites in C loop are electric, please note, these sites were not reservable before renumbering but are now reservable. Alerts and Important Information Until further notice: Please bring your OWN WATER before coming to the campground for utility and potable purposes. Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance. 2 night min. stay on weekends, 3 night min. stay on holidays. Sites may be available on a first come - first served basis outside the reservation season. Two vehicles included in camping fee. Maximum of two vehicles per site. If you have more than two vehicles, these can be parked in the overflow parking area near the campground entrance station for $5.00 / vehicle / night. Please fill out an envelope available at entrance station and deposit all extra vehicle fees at self-pay fee station. Occupy site within 24 hours or forfeit site. Golden Age/Access Passport holders must occupy the site where the site is reserved. Passport holders must present Golden Age/Access Passport on site or they will be required to pay the full fee. Firewood is available for sale from the campground hosts. There is no water/sewer site hook-ups at this campground. All equipment must fit on the site pad. Vehicles park in developed areas only. A fee of $5 for extra vehicles will be collected at the campground. Water spigots in central locations throughout campground. THIS CAMPGROUND HAS BEEN RENUMBERED PLEASE CHECK THE MAPS - NEW ELECTRIC SITES ARE IN THE C LOOP.
