We had put down a "refundable" deposit for a puppy with this breeder. We requested the deposit to be refunded in Sept. 2013 and still have not received it. It is now July 2014. At first I was told they would send the deposit back and now they do not even answer my emails. I wish I could say something nice, they seemed like very nice people.
