About the Campground
Sandy Flats campground is located on the Lower Kern River near the town of Lake Isabella. Situated along the Kern River you are within walking distance to the waters edge from any site for rafting or fishing.

Alerts and Important Information
Reservations must be made 3 days in advance.
This is a non site specific campground.
Additional $2.00 per day for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends.
No showers or flush toilets.
6 people per site only.
Vehicles park in spurs only.
All equipment must fit on pad.
Quiet hours are 10PM to 6AM.
Firewood must fit inside fire ring.
Pets must be on a leash at all times.
No discharging of fire arms or fireworks in the campground.
No chainsaw use in the campground.
